Mammoth Graphics Ltd are a company that work in interactive social media, and live/motion graphics, and is based is several parts of England. They have created graphics for many events that are shown on the BBC, ITV and Channel 5 in the United Kingdom. The company uses a range of 3D software to create any form of graphic material to grab the attention of the viewer.
Last year, Mammoth Graphics were the provider for BBC's coverage of the London 2012 Olympics. The graphics they created were used for live feed coverage of the sports and social media. The company developed a new product for the graphics called Kinetrak. Kinetrak would detect human movements which can be controlled and manipulated into live graphics. Other studios from the company worked on graphics for parts of the coverage and the BBC's red button service. The colors and visuals help give a clear view of the highlighted footage and the attention of the viewer watching the coverage, and finding the information on the competitors and countries they are from. With the London 2012 theme created beforehand, and visuals of London's trademark landscapes, this is an impressive set of graphics that the company have made as part to celebrate one of Britain major events.
